My Coaching Philosophy

I believe each of us is unique, shaped by nature as well as the infinite personal and professional experiences we have gone through. We have different aspirations, struggles, strengths & weaknesses that define us. More importantly, we are evolving beings and what we seek changes as we transition into different phases of our life.

My coaching philosophy is based on Socratic dialogue, assisted by coaching tools that help the clients reflect deeply.

Each coaching engagement is a series of 1:1 personalized sessions that helps the client reflect on their current life & professional state, articulate their desired state, and facilitates their transition journey.
