All Work and No Play, Makes Jack a Dull Boy

A lot of people seem to be feeling stuck. This feeling of langushing and frustration that's rampant as we WFH is not driven by excess of work, but rather more work together with no outlet to unwind.

To me it's emphasized the importance of PLAY (whatever your sport or hobby maybe) in leading a successful professional life. We often underestimate the need to carve out and curate our PLAY.
