Power - Use it wisely

"What makes a leader great is not that they have power, but that have the wisdom and the maturity to use the power wisely."

Everyone can call the shots when they have power. It takes courage and control to use it selectively. Some of the great leaders one remembers through our career journeys are those that had all the power, but seldom needed to use it for influencing decisions.
