Change Windows!

In our life, much like in cricket, you go through a purple patch or periods of change windows. During this time things start falling into place, opportunities find a way to locate you, and doors that you didn't even know existed start opening up. At this stage, it's important to double down and put in the hard yards, for the purple patch doesn't last forever. Successful people capitalize on these opportunities when these arise, for they know that at some point they will be back to the grind where the hard yards will take time to fructify.

Life and careers aren't always the same. We experience ups and downs along the way. Success is as much about how we capitalize when the going is good, as it is about sticking to the process when the going gets tough.

Through my career journey, I have often felt that opportunities either come in bunches or they dry up. For when you spot one, the next one may probably be around the corner. All it needs is continued effort to search for it, rather than sitting on our laurels.
