Hope

These lines from Shawshank Redemption capture it perfectly -

"Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies."

Hope can be the most powerful antidote when things are looking bleak. These are tough times all around, but keeping hope can take us far. It's difficult to keep looking ahead, when people we love people we work with are going through difficult times.

But this too shall pass.
