Humility is Key

Humility is key to build authentic relationships, whether with peers or your team.

At the spur of the moment, it is not easy to accept and understand a divergent perspective irrespective how experienced one may maybe. However, I feel reflecting on these conversations that get our gut unsettled, is critical. I have often found myself going back and accepting a divergent view. It is humbling to do at times, but builds relationships like nothing else can. It conveys that you are comfortable being vulnerable and it often opens up a great dialogue.
