Messy Middle

We don't always have to be the top dog in every race we run. It's worth planning for which race we want to win, and others where we just want to enjoy the run.

We often put too much pressure on ourselves in either wanting to be perfect in what we do, or not getting started at all.

The messy middle, where we progress but don't always yearn to be perfect, is often a great place to be!!!
