Professionalism has no correlation to a person's title, hierarchy in the organization, or even the size of the organization that one represents. It is a way of life!

Sometimes a fresher can be more professional than the seasoned manager. Equally, just being in existence for longer doesn't make a company more professional. A start up can be equally, if not, more professional in their outreach.

Professionalism is driven by a combination of humility, commitment, and responsiveness.
