Thoughts!

It's so important to think and reflect on what we think everyday. Our thoughts have a way of magnifying our realities and shaping our future. It takes practice to create a virtuous cycle of positive thoughts.

Negative thoughts and doubt have their purpose too, if mindfully reflected on. Often they help release the steam and frustrations that may have built up during difficult moments. Thinking through these negative thoughts can help us navigate to more sane pastures. However, bottling them can amplify the negativity. For we are what we think!
