Right to Do Things Or Doing THings riGHT?
There is a big difference between things you have the right to do, and doing the right thing.
Right to do is things what we are entitled to, but doing all of them isn’t necessarily good for our teams or even our own professional growth. It’s the privilege that’s given to us.
Doing things right is about taking accountability and making sure we do things in a manner that’s befitting our our role and position. It’s our responsibility.
The more we focus on doing things Right Vs. doing the things we have the right to do, the better our career and life trajectory is going to be. The nuance of this is often lost on a lot of us in the day to day hustle!
