All for One, and One for All

"One for all and all for one"

Corona times have been a great reminder to live by the famous lines from the novel The Three Musketeers.

Not everyone is impacted the same way by COVID. Some are lucky to not have contracted it, while others have got COVID but are either asymptomatic or have minor symptoms. Then there are those amongst our friends and colleagues who are severely impacted - either individually or through their families & friends. Some have experienced unparalleled grief.

It's in these times that I have seen the highest resolve come through. Colleagues have stood by each other, made magic happen and have seen the human spirit soar. Whether it is people volunteering at even 2 AM or weekends to help find medical supplies for their colleagues (and their families) OR teams coming together to cover up for lost time on some projects so their colleagues have felt supported. Clients have been unbelievably supportive, with many offering unconditional personal support during these difficult times.

And...this is not just at The Smart Cube. I have heard so many similar stories from friends and colleagues in other companies. It keeps the hope alive, we shall come out of it.
