Mistakes is not what define us
We all make mistakes. It's not whether we make a mistake, but how we show up, own it and fix it that makes the difference.
Option 1: Often we become defensive, shift accountability of failure to others, and end up losing credibility.
Option 2: At times I have seen people turning a mistake into an opportunity to showcase humility and accountability by accepting the gaps, and then the resourcefulness to turn tables by prompt corrective action.
With the right attitude we can something out of a mistake as well.
