The 80/20 of strengths and weaknesses
Knowing your limitations and working around it is a sign of strength. From experience, amplifying strengths and working with people that complement your weakness provides greater return than focusing tirelessly on weaknesses.
While we can and should surely work on our weaknesses. But it's unlikely that a weaknesses turns into a strength, so as long as it's not a show stopper don't worry too much about it. If I had 100 units of time to invest, I would rather invest 80 in amplifying my strengths and 20 on sorting my weaknesses.
