Plan Without a Buffer is not a pLan

A plan without a plan for an unplanned happening will never go as per plan.

Data suggests, we overestimate our ability to meet timelines, while we are more realistic in estimating it for others.

Often, when building a plan, estimating our plan's timelines as if we are doing it for someone else can be a usefull hack to have more realistic estimates, and in the process build some buffer.
