Our career is about taking accountability, 100 percent of the times. The moment we hold others responsible for what we achieved or could not achieve, we have handed over control to someone else. And once the control is handed over, the motivation falls through.

Yes we may land in a tough spot, but what we choose to do in that situation is always up to us. How we show up is always a choice. How we show up is, more times than not, determined by how we see ourselves.
