Not everbody is a run way genius

Being able to identify the team members with potential, and then backing them to hilt is how people blossom. Few of us are born skilled at what we do. It takes years of effort on our part, together with guidance and trust from our leaders for us to achieve our true potential.

If I look back at my career, I have been fortunate to work with leaders who have showcased a lot of confidence in me (even when I wasn't sure of myself). It's important to pay it forward - doing so is a win win for the leader and the team members.
